Deer Park, a Trail with a View
August 19th, 2011I snapped these pictures of Mt. Baker, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Sequim, and Port Angeles from the top of the Rain Shadow trail at Deer Park (elevation over 6,000 ft.). The weather is so perfect this week, I couldn’t resist a short jaunt into the Olympic National Park. From our waterfront b&b, it’s less than an hour’s drive to the top of the mountains.
