I love what Lydia served for Halloween. Especially the Jack-o-lantern fruit and the sausage mummies. Even the ingredients in her egg dish, which normally she would describe as “mushrooms and spinach” became a perfectly haunting “fungus and leaves” on her menu. Since Chef Lydia has joined our team, guest reviews about breakfast have been over the [full] moon.
