Port Angeles & Sequim Bed and Breakfast
Oceanfront Lodging on Washington's Olympic Peninsula

We’re springing into Spring with some new specials and cool packages for you.  Click on the “Specials” link (at the top of the page) to see the whole list of our off-season incentives.  I bet you’ll find one that will save you some money!

This week we added a B&B&B package–that’s bed & breakfast & biking–for guests who want to enjoy the beautiful 30-mile Olympic Discovery Trail by bicycle, and get a discount at Mike’s Bikes in Sequim!  You’ll also find our Wine Tasters Package, which offers you free wine tasting at three of the best wineries on the Olympic Peninsula (Olympic Cellars, Harbinger Winery, and Camaraderie Cellars).  If you’re in the military, check out our Thank-You special.  And if you’re thinking of spending just one night at our Port Angeles bed and breakfast, think again!  Our new One-Night-Is-Just-Not-Long-Enough special is for you.

All month the eagles have been playful, performing their lofty courting dances above our gardens.  My eventual goal is to capture them on film in focus.  March is a wonderful month for rainbows over the Strait of Juan de Fuca as well.   Adds a splash of extra color to our winter gardens.  ~Bonnie

I stumbled across a wonderful short video of the Olympic Peninsula on YouTube.   A tasty feast for the nature-lover’s eyes.  For those of you planning a trip to Olympic National Park–and planning to stay at Sea Cliff Gardens Bed & Breakfast (of course!), this clip will surely whet your appetite:

Olympic Driftwood Sculptors presents their Third Annual Winter Show, where you can feast your eyes on beautiful driftwood pieces harvested from the Olympic Peninsula coastline.  You’ll see demonstrations of works in progress, and you can buy unfinished driftwood too.

The goal of each artist is to reveal the inner beauty of the wood. The driftwood artist sees, develops, and refines the natural shapes and designs of “found wood” into a work of art.

Date:  March 12 & 13, 2011
